Well, that morning Jonathan woke mom up at 2:30. And all the other boys at 5:00. But I didn't wake up until about 6:00. We had everything ready. Well, we had breakfast and dad prayed with us. He prayed that God would be with us and keep us safe and that nothing big happened. And then we hit the road!
We went to the gas store so mom could get more ice for our water and drinks. And then we were off. We listened to music and mom singing. And after a little while we got to this part where you had to turn onto i-90 West. We missed it! We drove right past it! Mom thougth it was closed. So we find are way back to the way we have to turn and it is closed!
I was sceard. Mom went to a marcket place and the lady said,"No, it is open,"

So we get back on the rode and YES it is closed. So I am sceard more. So then we asked another person. My mom couldn't follow those words eaither! So then my mom asked someone else. Finely, it worked!

Ok! So we were on the highway. But it took almost a whole hour for us to evan find the highway. And then after we selted down we listened to Harry Potter for a little while. Did I say that it was pouring down rain? So(of course) we used our windshield wipers. Then my mom saw that one of the windshield wipers slowed down. And then both of them got tangled!
But my mom fixed them. And then it happened again! So my mom looked at it and then it snapped right off! So I was crying and mom was trying to think of what to do. So she called dad on the cell phone and dad was trying to go threw the steps on how to move the WINDSHIELD WIPER THAT WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE NOT ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE over to the driver's side. But he couldn't. So since it wasn't the one on the driver's side mom couldn't see. And then a guy that we thing was a sherif helped my mom put the windshield wiper that was on the other side to the driver's side.
And it was fixed!
